Lozino Visa/Work Permit Services

To ensure that clients have all the proper travel documents for their trip, Lozino provides a Visa processing service for the timely application and work permit. The following are a few guidelines for using this service:

• In view of the diversity which exists in the requirements for visa applications for different countries and the fact these requirements are subject to change at short notice, a minimum of 9 working days is required for processing visa application.
• Passports must have 6 months validity on them before travelling. If this is not the case please check with the relevant diplomatic mission.
• Lozino Clients and frequent flyer clients can be assisted to renew their visas.
• Cash customers will be required to purchase their tickets before a visa application can be processed.
• In the event that the client does not travel with the ticket issued, the normal refund service charge and airline service charge will be deducted from any refund on the ticket.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once the service has been implemented.
• Discount on service fees exist for couples, children, infants and groups.
• Emergency or express service applications attract a premium service charge.

When visiting countries, please make sure you have a return or onward ticket unless migrating as you may be refused entry even with a valid visa.
